October 2013 : Professor L. Pastur visited both LAMA and LIGM in October 2013. Guédon, Pajor and Pastur finalized the work initialized during the Pastur’s first stay in 2012, concerning a central limit theorem for linear eigenvalue statistics of the sum of independent matrices of rank one. The corresponding paper has been published in a volume edited by the AMS. Loubaton and Pastur started a collaboration concerning the behaviour of the eigenvalues of the empirical estimate of the fourth order moment tensor of a high-dimensional standard Gaussian random vector. This problem is motivated by high-dimensional source seperation problem that are studied in the context of the ANR project Dionisos. This work is in progress.
